How we look after you
Results, recalls & reminders
- We follow up test results and will contact you if you need to come back.
- We may send reminders for check-ups and screening. You can opt out any time.
- Repeat prescriptions and referrals can be arranged. Please book a consult.
- The practice takes part in MyMedicare. Registering helps Medicare support more continuous care with your regular GP. Ask at reception.

Appointments & fees
Good to know
- Standard consults run under 15 minutes; long consults 15–30 and prolonged 30+. Please book a longer appointment for cervical screening, immunisation, antenatal checks, minor procedures, insurance medicals, or several things to discuss.
- Booked patients are seen first; walk-ins are welcome when there's availability.
- Bringing family? Please book an appointment for each person seeing the doctor, so no one is delayed or billed unexpectedly.
- A $30 fee applies to missed appointments not cancelled at least 3 hours before (GP) or 24 hours before (allied health).
- Some services carry an additional fee (e.g. minor procedures, dressings, vaccines, ear-wax removal, forms and WorkCover). Reception will let you know.
When we're closed
After-hours & emergencies
- In an emergency, always call 000.
- For urgent care when we're closed, our after-hours partner Sydney Medical Service Co-operative can help on (02) 8724 6300. They run weeknights from 6pm, Saturdays from 12pm, and around the clock on Sundays and public holidays, bulk billed for Medicare and DVA card holders.
- Home visits may be available for regular patients, at the doctor's discretion; an out-of-pocket fee applies.
- Need an interpreter? Just ask. Our team speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka and Indonesian.

Good to know
Your questions, answered.
How do I register as a new patient?
Simply book online or call us. You'll complete a short new-patient registration, online beforehand or at reception, and you're ready to see the doctor.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your Medicare card, any referrals or recent results, a list of your medications, and your private health or concession card if you have one.
Can you transfer my records from my previous GP?
Yes, with your consent we can request your health summary from your previous practice, so your new doctor has your history.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Booking online or by phone is the best way to be seen promptly, but you're welcome to call or drop in and reception will help you find the next available time.
