Your questions, answered.

Is a GP consultation bulk billed?
Bulk billing is available for eligible patients, children, pensioners, DVA and concession-card holders with a valid Medicare card. Other consultations are mixed-billed, and you're always told the fee before you're seen.
Can I book a longer appointment?
Yes. If you have several things to discuss, a complex problem, or need a care plan, please book a long consultation so your doctor has enough time.
Can I see the same doctor each time?
Yes, continuity of care matters. You can book with your preferred doctor each visit. Reception can tell you which languages each doctor speaks.
Do you prepare care plans?
Yes, our GPs prepare chronic disease management plans and Mental Health Treatment Plans, which can provide Medicare-subsidised access to allied health and psychology.
